Position Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Product Management Commercial Technology to lead product development and commercialization of our products and solution offerings. This individual will play a critical role in building cohesive, market-ready products by driving cross-functional collaboration, accelerating time-to-market, and ensuring our solutions resonate within our markets. This role is central to shaping innovative, scalable business technology solutions that support independent oncology practices in delivering high-quality, value-based care.

This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of IT Management. Responsibilities
Owner of the product lifecycle managing the products from ideation to launch, with a focus on delivering commercial-ready solutions
Drive a cohesive product vision by ensuring product features and design elements work together to form a clear and compelling value proposition
Accelerate time to market by focusing on product delivery of meaningful, testable iterations and identifying beta and pilot opportunities to gather early user feedback
Maintains and leverages relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure new product development is supported through the appropriate research and marketing efforts in order to bring products to market
Executes plans for innovating and driving market penetration of the new products through coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across all parties
Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize features that drive adoption and engagement. Leverage customer feedback, marketing insights, and competitor analysis to inform product direction
Drive Product Lifecycle:
Manage products from concept through launch, ensuring readiness for commercialization and scalability across diverse oncology practices
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification:
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with clinical, commercial, engineering, and design teams to deliver solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives
Customer-Centric Development:
Engage with oncology providers, administrators, and patients to gather insights and validate product concepts
Go-to-Market Enablement:
Support launch planning, messaging, and sales enablement activities to ensure successful product adoption and market penetration
Performance Measurement:
Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial impact
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred
12+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on commercial product development in healthcare or life sciences
Proven success in launching and scaling B2B healthcare products, preferably in oncology or specialty care
Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, reimbursement, and value-based care in oncology
Experience working with cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders, in addition to collaborating directly with customers
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Ability to collaborate, influence and lead cross functionally, including peer leadership
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization, up to c-suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Ability to travel up to ~10%

Utilizes broad and deep knowledge to develop innovative new business practices, policies and procedures
Contributes to the development of department strategy
Works on or may lead highly complex projects of large scope
Projects are typically cross-functional and have significant and long-term impact
Provides solutions which set precedent
Negotiates complex or risky technical business issues on behalf of the company
Independently defines projects, establishes budgets, identifies participants and mitigates risk
Consults with management to determine project objectives with long-term implications
Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Compensation
Anticipated salary range:
$135,400 - $208,100 Bonus eligible:
