Oversee all daily operations, including restaurant, bar, and events. Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team that thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment. Manage scheduling, cost controls, and operational standards. Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and event success with hands-on leadership. Partner with ownership to bring fresh ideas and keep the energy level high. Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale casual setting. Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to balance food, beverage, and events operations seamlessly. A fun, upbeat personality that matches the vibe of our venue. Proven success in driving results and building great teams.
