We are searching for a CCO to join a global PE/VC fund, based in the US but to cover operations across the globe with significant growth across the Middle East and Asia.

Global (offices in the US, Europe and Asia) Key Requirements PE / VC / Hedge Fund backgrounds Requirements 12 - 20 Years of experience (candidates outside of this range will be considered) Education, Training and Establishment exposure = PE, VC or a Hedge Fund related Experience in RIA and SEC requirements Experience in matters such as tax filings and non-US marketing registrations Experience with overseas operations in terms of offices, funds and market growth (EMEA and APAC) Ability to influence stakeholders around the world - essential The Role
In this role you will work directly with the CEO, deal teams across the globe and form part of the overall C-suite management team. Your stakeholders will be based across all offices which includes the US, EMEA and APAC regions. You will support transactions with compliance advice, risk / reward guidance and general day to day matters. You will lead the development of a compliance program, implemented globally. This will involve the development of a centre of excellence to ensure growth is balanced with appropriate polices and frameworks. SD Legal was established in 2018 and now with physical office locations across Europe and Asia. To date we have successfully closed over 150+ mandates across the globe, locations include the US, UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and APAC regions.
