As a Workplace Location Services Senior Analyst, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional onsite experiences, overseeing daily operations, and driving high-impact events and client engagements. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can lead with confidence while working collaboratively across teams. You will take ownership of key workplace processes, contribute to strategic execution, and serve as a trusted resource for both clients and internal partners. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain high standards, and think creatively under pressure will be critical to your success. Key Responsibilities

Provides oversight of day-of and week-of activities to ensure workplace operations run smoothly and align with service standards Takes end-to-end ownership of assigned processes with accountability for execution, results, and continuous improvement Identifies service gaps and proactively offer solutions that elevate the overall experience Leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of onsite events—including developing event proposals, managing client communications, and overseeing logistics (e.g., catering, AV, setup, breakdown) Serves as the main point of contact during events, ensuring real-time problem solving and seamless guest experiences Models steam best practices and drive operational excellence through clear communication, active participation, and cross-functional collaboration Contributes to a high-performing team culture by leading floor walks, supporting shared goals, and adapting to shifting priorities Hosts and lead client tours, ensuring the workplace is presented with attention to detail and aligned with brand standards Acts as a workplace ambassador with a service-first mindset in all internal and external interactions Steps in as needed to support front desk and reception duties, including greeting visitors, issuing credentials, and managing inquiries Acts as a go-to resource for issue resolution and escalate appropriately to maintain service quality Serves as a subject matter expert for high-touch meetings, working closely with the Meetings & Events team to deliver flawless execution Manages reservations, coordinating room setup, catering, and AV services to optimize space usage and user satisfaction Creates and maintain reports related to space utilization, event metrics, and operational trends Shares feedback and insights to support continuous improvement in processes, service delivery, and workplace strategy Delivers daily workplace operations and services onsite for a local office(s). Facilitates guest experience and support onsite meetings and events Partners with meetings and events planners for large scale onsite initiatives. Ensures location safety and security protocols are followed Job Requirements

Work schedule may vary based on business needs, with shift times ranging between 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Comfortable with lifting and moving office furniture and event materials; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, events, or a related client-facing role Preferred Skills

Background in hospitality or food service Passionate about customer service Microsoft Office Suite Professional Skill Requirements
