THE OPPORTUNITY The Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer ("CSO") reports to the President & Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Leadership Team. In this role, the CSO is responsible for creating and successfully implementing the Company’s strategic vision. Through a deep understanding of market trends and client behavior, the CSO also develops and implements a comprehensive growth strategy that considers the entire organization, harmonizing with the Company’s long-term vision and goals. The CSO’s leadership cultivates a culture of collaboration, innovation, and agility, enabling the organization to adapt and thrive in competitive environments.
