Successful integration of tuck-in acquisitions within the market area. Hiring and managing business leaders within the company. Partnering with peer leaders to share and implement best practices across the platform. Collaborating with peers and leadership to disseminate best practices. Qualifications
5+ years post-military experience in business growth. Key attributes for the right hire: Unmatched will to win as a team. Ownership mentality. Growth mindset. Able to identify opportunities, motivate employees, and create a culture of growth. KPI focused. Enjoys building a team-first mentality. Detail and process oriented.
