We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Global Recruitment to lead full lifecycle talent acquisition across ZeniMax and its studios and publishing. This role will drive sourcing strategy, pipelining, and hiring execution for a wide range of roles from game developer, corporate and publishing roles. You’ll partner closely with studio leaders, HR partners, and the broader ZeniMax talent ecosystem to build and scale world-class teams. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and understands the nuances of hiring in the gaming industry. You’ll be responsible for shaping our recruiting vision, building inclusive pipelines, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects our values and culture. Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle recruiting across ZeniMax, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing Build and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with studio roadmaps and business goals Develop and maintain proactive pipelines for critical and niche roles across game development disciplines Partner with studio and department heads and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting efforts across business milestones Champion inclusive approaches in all hiring practices and outreach efforts Own the candidate experience, ensuring a high-touch, inclusive, and efficient process Elevate ZeniMax’s employer brand through storytelling, events, and strategic outreach Use data and insights to optimize recruiting performance, reporting on key metrics and outcomes Coach and develop recruiting team members, fostering a culture of care, accountability, and continuous learning Collaborate with Gaming’s central talent teams to align systems, tools, and best practices Qualifications
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in full lifecycle recruiting Proven success hiring for gaming, entertainment, or technology roles Experience building and executing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines Deep understanding of the gaming talent landscape and development lifecycle Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills Passion for games and the people who make them Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, and employer branding tools Commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse teams Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a studio or publisher environment Global recruiting experience, including visa and relocation processes Salary Range Head of Global Recruitment - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $160,000 - $250,000 per year. ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. At ZeniMax certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, such as merit increases and discretionary bonuses. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
