practice. Serving the community for the past 25 years, our long-term staff is dedicated to community service and embodies the MercyOne mission. Opportunity Highlights Outpatient Practice Join a team of 1 Physician and 3 APPs 4-day work week Average of 18-20 patients per day Call: 1-5 rotation Diabetic Counselor, Social Worker, Community Health Worker On-site Lab J1 and H1B candidates welcome Compensation and Benefits 2-year income guarantee of $290,100 /yr + production incentives $150,000 Bonus Package Moving allowance up to $15,000 Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Eligible Paid Malpractice 403 B match 31 days annual time off Day One benefits About the Community Greater Des Moines
