Customer Service Rep

Remote after onsite Training!!!

Training: Downtown Phoenix (must be able to commute for the first 2–3 weeks)

Start Date: Tuesday, September 30th

Pay: $16/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with at least one year of call center experience to join a dynamic team coordinating non-emergent transportation and paratransit services. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities

Verify eligibility and schedule transportation services using management systems

Deliver top-tier customer service to a diverse population

Accurately enter customer contact information into software systems

Conduct outbound calls as needed

Schedule trips in the most cost-effective manner

Respond to and document customer complaints

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of call center experience (must-have)

Strong documentation and data entry skills

Excellent customer service

Ability to work in a call center environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
