We are seeking an ambitious
Project Manager
to support the delivery of commercial and industrial
mechanical construction projects
across the Lancaster, OH area. This role is designed for an early-career professional eager to grow into a senior management track. You’ll assist in project planning, coordination, and execution while working alongside experienced senior managers and superintendents.
As part of the project leadership team, you’ll gain exposure to every stage of the construction lifecycle — from preconstruction through closeout — while building the skills to independently lead projects in the future.
Project Support & Coordination Assist Senior Project Managers with daily oversight of assigned projects. Support client communication and help maintain positive relationships. Track project progress, costs, and schedules while flagging potential risks.
Planning & Documentation Help review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, labor plans, and cost breakdowns. Generate reports, meeting minutes, and documentation for executives and clients.
Field & Safety Assistance Spend time on job sites, supporting superintendents and field staff. Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and compliance checks. Ensure site conditions and workmanship meet company standards.
Closeout & Learning Assist with punch lists, inspections, warranties, and project documentation. Learn project management tools, systems, and best practices. Receive mentorship from senior leaders to develop skills for future project ownership.
Qualifications 2–4 years of experience
in mechanical or commercial construction (internships or assistant PM roles count). Bachelor’s degree
in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred). Basic understanding of scheduling, budgets, and project documentation. Familiarity with construction codes and standards (ASHRAE, IBC, OSHA preferred).
