with strong ground-up commercial project experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our
Charlotte-based GC team.

Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of current or recent experience working on
Commercial Construction projects for a General Contractor. Experience creating and managing project schedules for all phases of commercial construction using Microsoft Project. Ability to coordinate with project teams and leadership to ensure project timelines stay on track. Experience generating reports to support project billing, performance tracking, and status updates. Ability to perform Time Impact Analyses to identify and manage schedule risks and use baseline schedules to track progress and identify delays. Excellent communication skills and assertive, take-charge personality.
