immediate permanent opening on their SWING SHIFT!

What You'll Do: Set up and operate CNC machines using blueprints and detailed work instructions Select and install proper tooling, collets, and fixtures Monitor and adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling offsets during production Perform quality checks with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc. Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues as they arise Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety procedures Collaborate with team members in production, quality, and engineering

What You Bring: 2+ years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience Strong skills in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation Familiarity with machining aluminum and plastic parts High attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic computer skills for logging data and documentation Team-player attitude in a fast-paced, low-volume/high-mix environment

Physical Requirements: Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 8+ hours Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools Willingness to wear PPE (gloves, glasses, shoes, hearing protection) Comfortable working in a machine shop setting with noise and temperature variations
