The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing business applications, primarily NetSuite ERP, SPS Commerce, and Deposco WMS. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day system operations, user administration, reporting, and system integrations to ensure our teams have the tools they need to succeed.
About the Role
Serve as an administrator for NetSuite, ensuring system configuration, user access, roles/permissions, and workflows meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Manage ongoing NetSuite development and enhancement projects including customizations, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and scripting. Support users across departments with training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations) to identify and implement process improvements in NetSuite and related systems. Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and data integrity. Oversee integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms (e.g., SPS, Deposco, Shopify, Bill.com, etc.), troubleshooting any connectivity issues between systems. Create reports as needed. Ensure compliance with internal controls, data security, and audit requirements. Maintain system documentation including process flows, configurations, and training guides. Stay current on NetSuite, SPS, and Deposco updates, releases, and best practices.
