We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Electrical Engineer

with 0–2 years of experience to join our manufacturing team. This role will focus on troubleshooting electrical systems, supporting project-based initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on production equipment, systems, and controls. Support project-based work, including installation, commissioning, and upgrades of electrical systems. Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, mechanical, process engineering) to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Document troubleshooting steps, root cause findings, and corrective actions. Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of electrical modifications or improvements. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Provide technical support for day-to-day operations and continuous improvement projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field from an ABET-accredited university. 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience (internship, co-op, or entry-level work in manufacturing preferred). Knowledge of electrical circuits, controls, and troubleshooting practices. Familiarity with PLCs, automation, or industrial electrical systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
