We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a private regional broker that can be housed out of Burbank, Irvine, Pasadena, or Woodland Hills, CA/
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will maintain a book of business through high client retention, while quoting for new business, marketing existing accounts, and managing renewals.
Key Responsibilities: Market and Manage Policies:
Drive the marketing and management of new and renewal insurance policies, with a target book of business totaling $800k-$1.2M. Submission Preparation:
Prepare submissions, negotiate rates, and analyze coverage to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Marketing Results:
Summarize marketing outcomes and craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to our clients. Policy Binding:
Bind insurance policies according to company procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with producers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives. Client Communication:
Provide prompt and efficient responses to client inquiries, managing changes effectively to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of commercial lines account management experience Bachelors degree preferred Hold an appropriate Property and Casualty Agent/Broker license in good standing Experience with Applied Epic preferred
