About the Opportunity:
Hybrid or Remote: On-site
Shift: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm - All shifts have a late night of 1pm to 9pm, and the rest of the days are 9am to 5pm.
Hours: 35 hours/week

Responsibilities:
The
Client Care Coordinator
will be responsible for: Managing a caseload of approximately 50 families Completing biopsychosocial evaluations within 30 days of client entry Conducting weekly individual sessions with clients Leading "Ready Set Goal" group sessions for young parents Creating safety plans for domestic violence situations Qualifications: Master's in Social Work required LMSW within one year of hire Bilingual Spanish Experience with biopsychosocial assessments preferred Ability to complete pre-employment clearances TB test, First Aid/CPR, and overdose prevention certifications Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Organizational skills Desired Skills: 1+ years of experience in social work Master's degree in Social Work LMSW certification Biopsychosocial assessment experience Proficiency in Spanish This opportunity includes comprehensive training for new graduates and professional development workshops.
