Salary: $45-$55/hr

Paralegal – Corporate Litigation:
Our client is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their legal team, providing critical support across litigation, claims, and regulatory matters. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, and collaborates effectively within a small, dynamic team.
This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.
Paralegal Responsibilities: Assist with litigation matters, including case management, document review, and coordination with internal and external counsel. Support discovery processes by collecting, organizing, and producing documents in response to subpoenas and other requests. Prepare and manage exhibits, filings, and other case-related documentation. Perform cite-checking and ensure accuracy in legal documents in accordance with Bluebook standards. Draft, review, and support agreements and filings, including NDAs and related documents. Maintain organized records and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional departments and outside legal teams. Paralegal Qualifications: 3+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on litigation and case management. Strong knowledge of discovery processes and experience managing large volumes of documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to adapt quickly to new subject matter areas. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team. Experience handling NDAs and regulatory matters is a plus.
