Positive Intentions, LLC is a client-centered outpatient practice in downtown Stroudsburg. We pair ethical, high-quality care with a collaborative team environment. Our referral pipeline is robust, so clinicians can focus on therapy—not chasing leads.
What you'll do
Provide individual (and optional couples/family) counseling
in-office Maintain a full-time caseload with steady practice-provided referrals Complete clear, audit-ready documentation on time (EHR: SimplePractice) Collaborate with clinical leadership and teammates as needed What we offer W-2 employment with benefits
(medical, clinical supervision, professional trainings, team outings, fun & collaborative environment) Lots of referrals
to build and sustain your caseload Strong
admin support
(intake, scheduling, benefits/eligibility, billing) A warm,
team-first culture
that respects boundaries and clinician wellness Schedule Full-time,
in-office 2–3 evenings per week required At least 4 hours on one weekend day
(e.g., Sat or Sun block) Compensation Competitive W-2 compensation (commensurate with license/experience) You are Empathic, ethical, organized—comfortable with client-centered + CBT (other evidence-based modalities welcome) Tech-confident with EHR documentation and outcomes tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.) A team player who communicates clearly and professionally Minimum qualifications Active
PA license
LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
(license-eligible within ~3 months considered) Master's in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field Clear background and professional references Nice to have Experience with couples/family work, trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions How to apply Apply via Indeed with your resume
