Senior Plant Electrical Designer
for an exciting new team in Austin. This role centers on
power plant and industrial plant projects , delivering detailed electrical system designs with minimal input from engineers. What you'll do: Create layouts, duct banks, conduit & cable tray systems, one-lines, schematics, and wiring diagrams Deliver construction-ready drawings in 2D/3D CAD Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, API, and related standards Collaborate across disciplines and mentor junior staff What we're looking for: 8+ years in electrical drafting/design (power generation or industrial) Advanced AutoCAD (2D/3D) expertise Knowledge of power plant construction standards Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills (Bonus) BRCM experience + mentoring background Why join: ?
