Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Facilities Maintenance Technician
to join our industrial manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on building systems, utilities, and production-supporting equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, compressed air, and electrical distribution. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on utility systems to minimize unplanned downtime. Support maintenance of production-related infrastructure such as process piping, cooling systems, and material handling equipment. Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and other applicable codes and safety standards. Respond promptly to building and facility maintenance requests from operations and production teams. Assist with capital projects, installations, and facility upgrades as needed. Maintain accurate records of all service, repairs, and inspections using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
