The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. The PM will be responsible for budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This is a client-facing leadership role with direct accountability for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities Manage assigned projects from award through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and manpower plans. Lead communication with general contractors, architects, and vendors. Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract documents. Coordinate closely with shop and field leadership to align fabrication and installation. Monitor project performance, proactively address issues, and ensure profitability. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial preferred). Strong knowledge of construction documents, contracts, and scheduling. Demonstrated ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and client management skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office.
