Assistant Property Manager
Full-Time | On-Site | Temp-to-Hire
About the Role We’re hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the Property Manager to help maintain high occupancy, deliver excellent tenant service, and keep properties running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Assist with leasing efforts, including showing units, screening applicants, and preparing lease documents Support tenant communication and respond to maintenance requests Help coordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor services Monitor rent collection and follow up on delinquencies Maintain accurate records and organize resident files Conduct move-in/move-out walk-throughs and inspections Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants Provide backup coverage for the Property Manager as needed
Qualifications Prior experience in property management, leasing, or customer service is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Detail-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
