Responsibilities include:
Answering phones and email
Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings
Drafting correspondence and handle mail
Mantain organized filing system for the department
Process confidential paperwork and maintain discretion
Prepare banking documents
Inventory maintenance, including ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in Administrative support for executive or VP level leadership
Bachelor's Degree required
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; Adobe Acrobat; SharePoint, and teleconferencing software.
