About the Role: We are seeking 3
temporary Customer Service Data Entry Clerks
to support our fast-paced eCommerce operations for a leading sports apparel brand. In this role, you will accurately process eCommerce orders into our systems, ensuring timely and precise communication with manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter eCommerce orders accurately into Netsuite and Zendesk Collaborate with team members via Microsoft Teams Maintain data integrity and quality while processing high-volume orders Assist with customer service inquiries as needed Support internal teams with reporting and documentation in MS365 tools
Qualifications:
Previous data entry experience, preferably in eCommerce or retail Familiarity with Zendesk, Netsuite, and Microsoft 365 is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills
