Leasing Coordinator – Temp-to-Hire

$21–$23 per hour
About the Role We’re seeking an energetic Leasing Coordinator to join our property management team on a temp-to-hire basis. In this front-line position, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them from initial inquiry through signed lease. If you’re organized, personable, and eager to learn, this role offers a clear path to a long-term career in property management.
What You’ll Do Welcome and Engage:
Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight key features to create a positive first impression. Coordinate Leasing Activities:
Schedule showings, move-ins/outs, and inspections while keeping all parties informed and on track. Manage Applications & Leases:
Prepare and process applications, approvals, renewals, and all related documentation with accuracy and compliance. Keep Records Current:
Maintain resident and leasing information in our property management system. Support Daily Operations:
Assist with marketing vacant units, tracking rent collections, and general administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For Customer Service Focus: Background in customer service, hospitality, or sales is highly valued. Property Management Experience: Helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable learning new software and working in a fast-paced environment.
