Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across the full project lifecycle Manage project scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, and communications Develop and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, dashboards, and status reports Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating regular check-ins and project reviews Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, architects, and quality assurance testers Ensure adherence to Agile or hybrid project methodologies, depending on client context Support backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions in coordination with product owners and business leads Identify and manage project risks and issues, and proactively communicate resolutions Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and contract requirements Lead and support key project ceremonies such as daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews Prepare required project documentation in accordance with both client and internal standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing within the organization Required Qualifications 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years managing Salesforce or CRM-related projects. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering technical projects on time and within scope Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management and tracking tools Required Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder Experience managing Salesforce projects for public sector or federal clients Experience managing subcontractors or blended delivery teams Working knowledge of government IT standards and contract compliance.
