We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master
to lead a high-visibility
GitLab implementation project . This individual will play a critical role in driving DevOps and engineering teams, ensuring deliverables stay on track, and helping teams overcome obstacles with a hands-on, proactive approach. The ideal candidate will not only be a skilled servant leader, but also someone who can
confidently push teams forward, maintain accountability, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. Drive progress on the GitLab implementation project and ensure milestones are achieved on time. Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to remove impediments and streamline delivery. Serve as a facilitator, coach, and motivator to keep teams aligned and focused on outcomes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and managing expectations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
Required Qualifications 4–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with
15–20 years of overall professional experience . Proven track record of successfully leading technology delivery initiatives. Experience with JIRA Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, practices, and frameworks. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate. Experience working with
DevOps or GitLab-related projects
preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available). Scrum and Agile Certifications highly preferred.
