based in Orange County that is actively seeking a
Project Manager
with experience overseeing
ground-up commercial construction projects
. This firm is known for its strong leadership, consistent pipeline of work, and employee-focused culture.
About the Role: The Project Manager will be responsible for full lifecycle project oversight—from preconstruction through closeout—while maintaining a strong focus on schedule, budget, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of construction for ground-up commercial projects Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and reporting Ensure quality control, jobsite safety, and project documentation Foster a collaborative team environment and represent the company professionally
What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction Proven ability to manage multiple $5M–$30M+ projects Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with scheduling software and construction management tools Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
