Construction Field Service Coordinator
and play a key role in supporting service operations across the Americas.
? What You’ll Do Coordinate day-to-day service operations: scheduling, logistics, invoicing, and documentation Create estimates, quotes, and technical proposals for small service jobs Communicate with customers, Field Service Technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams Track and manage short-term projects from start to finish Support Outside Sales and Market Development Managers to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records in Navpoint and ensure project data is up to date
✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business (or equivalent experience) Experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical industries Background in estimating, bidding, or coordinating field service work Excellent typing and computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to read blueprints and analyze technical/business information Strong organizational and communication skills Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving mindset
? Bonus Skills Experience deploying field techs Familiarity with part ordering and quoting Presentation and customer service experience
