Overview

Warehouse Associate position in Forrest City, AR. Day shifts with early start times. Pay starts at $13.00 per hour (based on experience) plus incentive pay based on performance. Shift is Monday to Friday starting at 4:00am until finish.

Position Purpose

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Move and track all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
• Offload, stock, select, and replenish products.
• Receive inbound merchandise and locate proper pick locations; restock order pick and flow lines.
• Ensure product placement in sufficient quantities to meet routine or special demands.
• Maintain attention to detail in areas such as balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other assigned areas.
• Transfer merchandise from receiving area to appropriate locations; consolidate into picking containers as needed.
• Pack products securely in cartons and totes; apply shipping IDs and mark cartons/totes with truck run and stop numbers.
• Ensure safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products; maintain inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
• Pull orders according to delivery route/run list; record amounts of materials received or distributed.
• Perform end-of-shift tasks (e.g., charging power equipment, verifying completed work) and maintain an orderly workstation.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products from various heights (10-35 pounds to 60-90 pounds, depending on location)
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry)
