Mendil + Meyer Design Studio
Mid-Level Interior Designer
Join a Bold Design Studio Shaping the Future of Wellness & Hospitality
At
Mendil + Meyer
, we believe design is more than how a space looks, it’s how it feels, how it flows, and how it transforms the people who experience it. Our studio blends
architecture and interior design
with a philosophy rooted in
wellbeing, creativity, and human connection
. From luxury resorts and spas to soulful residences and visionary restaurants, we design environments that leave a lasting impact.
We’re looking for a
Mid-Level Interior Designer
who shares our passion for purposeful design and is ready to grow with us. This is not just a production role, it’s an opportunity to be part of a team pushing boundaries, integrating
sustainability and wellness-driven design
into spaces that matter.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with our Interior Design PM to develop drawing sets from concept through CDs. Create detailed plans, RCPs, finish plans, elevations, and interior details in
Revit
(Rhino a plus). Support FF&E sourcing, specifications, and schedules with precision and creativity. Collaborate across architecture and interiors to ensure seamless integration of design intent. Assist in building presentation packages, mood boards, and visual storytelling that inspire clients. Grow into more responsibility as you demonstrate initiative, skill, and leadership.
Who You Are
You’re a
designer at heart
, but also thrive on precision, detail, and follow-through. 3–7 years of professional experience
in interior design, high-end hospitality, spa, and luxury residential is a must. Proficiency in
Revit
is essential; Rhino and Twinmotion skills are a bonus. You’re curious, highly motivated, and driven to grow, both as a designer and as a person. You believe design is about more than aesthetics; it’s about creating spaces that
restore, inspire, and connect people
. You want to be part of an expanding, visionary studio where your contributions make a big impact.
What We Offer
A collaborative environment where
architecture and interiors are seamlessly integrated
. Exposure to
high-profile projects
in hospitality, wellness, and beyond. The chance to
work directly with the principals
of the firm and accelerate your growth. A culture that values
creativity, balance, curiosity, and bold thinking
. Competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to grow into leadership roles. If you’re ready to be part of a studio that designs with purpose, thrives on bold ideas, and invests in your growth,
we’d love to hear from you.
Apply with your portfolio and a short note on what inspires you most about design.
