You’ll partner closely with our Design, Production, Sales and Account Management teams to deliver a product that looks great, performs well, and meets retailer expectations around cost, margin, and delivery.

You’ll contribute to building a DESIGN SYSTEM for rapid development with the account and merchandising teams.

What You’ll Do: Own development of our core blank library: tees, fleece, headwear, and accessories Oversee style updates, new body creation, and blank optimization based on fit, fabrication, and print compatibility Manage graphic product development across private label and licensed accounts—ensuring the finished product is spec'd, sampled, and approved Collaborate closely with Account Managers and directly with customers to understand buyer direction, cost targets, and retail requirements Create and manage tech packs, BOMs, spec sheets, and embellishment callouts Communicate daily with domestic and overseas factories to track sample status and resolve development issues Review lab dips, strike-offs, sample submissions, and fit approvals for both blanks and graphic applications Track development timelines across accounts and ensure all milestones are hit Support costing initiatives and provide recommendations for margin improvement or vendor shifts Prepare samples and presentations for sales, customer meetings, and line reviews

What You Bring: 3–5 years of experience in apparel product development, ideally across both blanks, graphics, and cut and sew collections. Understanding of margin dynamics, costing strategies, and buyer negotiation Deep understanding of knitwear, garment construction, fabrics, and finishing treatments Familiarity with embellishment processes—screen print, DTG, dye, embroidery, appliqué Strong tech pack, BOMs, and spec sheet skills; able to troubleshoot development issues independently Experience working directly with factories and vendors (offshore and domestic) Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple styles across categories and customers Proficiency in PLM processes, Adobe Illustrator, Excel/Sheets, and Google Workspace Collaborative mindset with a strong understanding of cross-functional priorities—especially sales-driven timelines Passion for apparel quality, fit, and scalable execution

Bonus Points For: Experience managing a core body library used across multiple programs Background in both private label and licensed apparel Spanish proficiency
