We are seeking a
skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining
Chemistry and Immunoassay Lab Equipment Analyzers,
ensuring high standards of diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.

: 87 Berdan Ave, Wayne, NJ
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests using Beckman Coulter and other chemistry and immunoassay analyzers. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot analyzers to ensure accurate test results. Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including CAP, CLIA, and OSHA. Document quality control and instrument maintenance procedures. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient diagnosis and care. Participate in proficiency testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related fields. Must be ASCP certified as a Medical Technologist or Technician. Minimum of 1 year experience working with Chemistry and Immunoassay Analyzers Previous clinical laboratory testing experience is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work onsite in Wayne, NJ.
