A Leading Retail Company located in Union County, NJ is searching for a Finance Manager who will have the following responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and cash flow. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to improve profitability and efficiency. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives. Partner with leadership to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages and present results to leadership. Identify and implement process improvements, systems enhancements, and financial controls to support growth. Support various departments including HR, IT, Operations, and other functional teams with financial analysis, budgeting, and decision support. Contribute to ad hoc projects such as ROI analysis, competitive benchmarking, and long-term planning.
Qualified candidates for the Staff Accountant role should possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required.
