Our busy Allergy Practice is searching for a
Shot Room Nurse/LPN/CMA
to join our team. As our Practice continues to grow, so does our need for nursing and supportive care staff. An
Allergy/immunology nurse/LPN/CMA
focuses on the care of patients with chronic allergic conditions. These conditions include asthma, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and atopic dermatitis. Duties include providing direct patient care and health education and, in most cases, administrative responsibilities such as record keeping and maintaining monthly checks of crash cart, refrigeration etc.. This full time position is location specific based on the physician's daily schedule and will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative support to physicians while ensuring the patients needs are met.

Mondays-Fridays | 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Occasional overtime required. No evenings or holidays.

Strong assessment and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with other members of the health care team
Excellent organizational skills
Advance knowledge in allergy treatment and management, such as allergy desensitization therapy
Basic Life Support certification is required.
Preferred certification in Asthma Education by the National Asthma Educator Certification Board.
Registered Nurse (RN) /LPN/CMA candidates are required to have a current and active professional license/certification
