On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Plano, TX!

This role will support daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our business. This role is key to maintaining organized systems, assisting internal teams, and providing professional service to clients, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Draft and edit documents, emails, and other business correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, vendors, and visitors
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Support basic bookkeeping or invoice tracking tasks as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems) (preferred)
  • Experience with data entry or CRM software (preferred)
  • Experience in customer service or property management (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required (preferred)
