Join our dynamic Architecture team as a

Cost Estimator

, where you'll play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely cost estimates, tracking architectural budgets, and ensuring financial control on complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for architectural scopes (finishes, partitions, ceilings, doors, etc.). Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and revisions to update estimates and align project budgets. Manage and evaluate change orders related to architectural work, including cost impact assessments. Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Managers, Procurement, and Design teams to ensure budget alignment. Monitor actual costs against budgets and provide variance analyses and cost forecasts. Support contract negotiations with detailed cost breakdowns and justifications. Review subcontractor payment applications and assist in project cost reconciliation. Participate in project meetings, maintain cost records, and generate regular cost reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost estimating or cost engineering within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of architectural construction scopes, materials, and methods. Proficient in cost management tools such as Excel, Bluebeam, Timberline, Sage, CostX, or similar. Experience in takeoff tools, change management, and cost tracking systems. Familiarity with construction contract types (AIA, FIDIC, GMP, Cost-plus, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site, and collaborative environment. Experience with high-tech facility construction (e.g., semiconductor fabs, data centers) preferred. Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus (not required).
