Job Title: Service Titan Implementation Specialist
Job Description: All Year Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a Service Titan Implementation Specialist to join our team, focusing on optimizing our operational efficiency and customer service excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Service Titan software solutions to enhance our service delivery in HVAC and plumbing sectors. Your role will be critical in ensuring seamless software integration and empowering our team to deliver outstanding service across South Florida and the Gulf Coast.
Responsibilities and Duties: Lead and assist with the onboarding and configuration of Service Titan Develop and maintain comprehensive price books, including categories, services, and materials. Set up and manage estimates, proposal templates, and sales enablement tools to support our sales team. Design inventory workflows, replenishment systems, and technician workflows to optimize operations. Provide training to field technicians, customer service representatives, and office staff on core modules and best practices. Guide the establishment of billing workflows, invoicing, and payment processing systems. Offer technical support, troubleshooting, and data entry assistance to enhance system performance. Optimize customer service management, job booking, dispatch, and call flows for improved customer interaction. Collaborate with teams to translate business processes into scalable Service Titan configurations.
Qualifications: Proven expertise in Service Titan onboarding or as a power user, with a strong background in customer service management. Deep familiarity with HVAC and plumbing workflows, alongside sales operations and estimate configuration. Proficiency in billing, invoicing, and financial workflows within Service Titan. Comfortable with data entry, bulk uploads, and account cleanup. Experience in technical support or as an internal admin is a plus. Ability to work across both residential and commercial service sectors.
Preferred Skills: Experience in workflow documentation or SOP creation. Knowledge of QuickBooks or accounting integrations. Experience with multi-location or enterprise-level Service Titan accounts. Proficiency in conducting training and support via Zoom or recorded modules.
