Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex commercial and mission critical projects in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing tilt-wall, data center, warehouse, K-12, or other ground-up projects. This is an opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-profile work across multiple market sectors.
Responsibilities: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide leadership and mentorship to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with field superintendents to align schedule, manpower, and logistics. Track project costs and prepare monthly progress reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and clients.
Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a preference for data center, industrial, tilt-wall, warehouse, and/or K-12 project experience. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other construction management software. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
