experienced and dynamic Asset Manager
to join our real estate development company. This individual will be responsible for maximizing the financial performance and value of a portfolio of multifamily properties.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor
property management performance
, ensuring adherence to leasing and marketing strategies, maintenance/aesthetic expectations,contract negotiations, and tenant relations. Review and
analyze monthly financial statements
, budgets and cash flows to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement short-term and long-term
strategies to enhance property value
, optimize occupancy and maximize revenue. Analyze market trends, economic factors, and competitive properties to make informed decisions about pricing strategy and market positioning. Periodically update
financial models
for senior management’s analysis of investment value and asset retention/disposal strategies Responsible for managing
+200 rental multifamily units Manage property managers Prepare and present reports to ownership, partners, senior management and investors
Qualifications: A thorough understanding of property management and rental/real estate markets. 3–5 years of professional experience managing residential rental properties. Real estate financing knowledge or experience a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced Excel and proficient Powerpoint skills Financial Modeling and Market Reporting experience preferred Costar, Zonda and Realpage experience a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
