Project Manager
to oversee residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and exteriors. This position involves managing 8–10 projects simultaneously across several towns, ensuring each is completed
on time

on budget
, and to
client satisfaction
. Key Responsibilities Manage $250,000+ of work in progress; deliver $150,000+/month Oversee multiple residential renovation projects (8–10 at a time) Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Conduct regular site visits and client meetings Utilize technology (iPad, apps, etc.) for scheduling, reporting, and communication Create and maintain detailed project progress reports Ensure customer satisfaction and clear communication throughout the process Requirements 5+ years of project management experience in home remodeling
(kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) Strong knowledge of residential construction practices Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills High comfort level with tech tools and apps Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Bachelor’s Degree required What We Offer $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off 401(k) with matching Vehicle allowance + gas card + EZ Pass Company phone, iPad, and laptop Paid training Career stability and growth with a fast-growing, respected company To Apply: Submit your resume.
