Architectural Project Manager
to join our growing team at
RKAA Architects, Inc.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from initial concept through to a complete set of construction documents. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This is a
full-time position
requiring a minimum of
40 hours per week
.
This position is on-site only. Remote work is not available. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and production of complete construction document sets. Serve as the primary liaison with engineering consultants, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines. Manage and maintain project schedules from the design phase through permitting. Collaborate closely with internal team members and external consultants to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery. Oversee code compliance and quality control throughout all project phases. Qualifications Minimum of
5 years
of professional architectural experience, including experience managing projects. Strong knowledge of
building codes
, CAD standards, and documentation procedures. Proficiency in
AutoCAD
is required;
Revit
experience is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Compensation & Benefits $1,000 Signing Bonus
upon successful completion of 90 calendar days and a satisfactory performance review. Competitive salary
