With bold original artwork and a passion for quality, we proudly serve over 4,000 boutiques across the U.S. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-driven Product Coordinator to support our Gift & Jewelry Product Development team and bring our collections to life. Position Summary The Product Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Product Managers with development, organization, and tracking of new product lines and samples. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities Product Development • Assist Product Manager with reviewing new product presentations • Create and maintain WIP (Work in Progress) tracking documents • Support costing data entry and analysis • Follow up with factories regarding samples, swatches, and updates Sample Management • Coordinate sending sample products to factories for development • Prepare and track inbound/outbound courier shipments • Receive, open, log, and organize all sample deliveries Product Data Management • Secure HTS codes for new product types • Update Line Plans based on changes from Line Sheets • Review product data files for new collections • Add updated costing info into Line Sheets for CEO review Production File Management • Review and proof production files and packaging specs • Upload final files into Sage platform Showroom Sample Coordination • Track showroom samples and confirm delivery to the Apex office • Conduct quality checks upon arrival • Support showroom coordinator with packing/shipping needs Product Proofing • Assist in reviewing product specs, QC reports, and catalogs for accuracy Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field preferred • 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, merchandising, or related role within fashion/lifestyle industry • Highly organized with keen attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with product management software a plus • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting • Familiarity with textiles, materials, and production processes is a plus • Passion for lifestyle products and a keen eye for trends
