What You’ll Do:
Carry out customized OT plans created by licensed OTs
Guide clients through therapeutic activities focused on ADLs, fine motor skills, and cognitive engagement
Educate families on strategies and home modifications that support client safety and quality of life
Participate in interdisciplinary team updates to ensure cohesive care
Use clear, timely documentation to support clinical outcomes and compliance
Qualifications:
Current Minnesota
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
license
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Home care experience is a plus—but
training provided
for COTAs ready to grow
