Warehouse Lead - Bilingual

About the Opportunity We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Leader to join our team in Gastonia, NC! Candidates need to speak both English and Spanish. This position involves a variety of tasks such as maintaining inventory, organizing shipments, and fulfilling orders. You will also lead a small warehouse team. Responsibilities Lead Lead the warehouse team. Receiving & Processing Shipments Unload and unpack incoming shipments. Verify accuracy and check for damage. Label and store products in designated areas. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records. Report any discrepancies or damages. Restock shelves and ensure products are available. Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Scan barcodes and check order accuracy. Print and apply shipping labels. Warehouse Operations Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Other Duties Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Participate in inventory counts. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications and Required Skills Bilingual: Able to communicate in both Spanish and English. Warehouse leadership experience: At least two years as a leader in a warehouse. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in managing inventory and fulfilling orders. Organization: Ability to keep the warehouse clean and well-organized. Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Communication: Clear communication with team members and supervisors. Equipment Experience: Forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment experience. Basic Computer Skills: Use of scanning equipment and warehouse management systems. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
