Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing treatment programs based on OT evaluations Monitor patient progress and document outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and goals Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards Qualifications Active California COTA license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or skilled nursing settings preferred CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
