Wholesale Account Manager About Best Bee Brothers We’re a family-owned outdoor wellness brand focused on natural pest control and adventure-friendly products that help people enjoy the outdoors comfortably. From our carpenter bee traps to our plant-based repellents and calming balms, we believe in small-batch quality and big impact. Role Overview The eCommerce and Operations Manager will lead the execution and performance of Best Bee Brothers’ growing digital and wholesale eCommerce portfolio and support operations. This includes managing product listings, advertising, compliance, and customer experience across B2C and wholesale channels. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external accounts to maximize visibility, engagement, and revenue on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, Home Depot, Ace, DIB/TV, and others. Key Responsibilities Channel Management Manage a diverse portfolio of eCommerce platforms including: Shopify and TikTok Shop Walmart

(1P & 3P) Home Depot Rural King Ace Hardware Do It Best / True Value BEE A RETAILER (BAR) Maintain up-to-date listings, images, SEO, and product compliance for each platform Partnership & Collaboration Work directly with the Wholesale Account Manager to coordinate channel priorities Build and maintain strong account relationships across partner platforms Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external accounts for timely execution Advertising & Promotions Execute advertising strategies specific to each channel (Walmart, TikTok, etc.) Coordinate promotions, deals, and seasonal pushes Track ad performance and make data-driven recommendations Customer Experience & Support Provide customer service support where needed Monitor platform reviews, questions, and performance Support Amazon operations (listings, account health, and optimization) Special Projects Support brand evaluations and growth initiatives (e.g., OH! Brand Evaluation) Participate in seasonal and experimental projects (e.g., TikTok Summer 2025 push)

Qualifications 1-3 years of experience managing eCommerce or digital sales channels Familiarity with 1P and 3P platforms, especially Walmart, Amazon, and TikTok Experience managing listings and platform compliance Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
