A successful Real Estate Executive is seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to provide seamless support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a high level of discretion. The EA will serve as the executive’s right hand, managing day-to-day operations while representing them in client-facing and networking capacities.
Role is fully onsite in Mid City, Los Angeles
Key Responsibilities: Provide heavy, complex calendar management, scheduling across multiple time zones, and prioritizing competing demands. Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries. Oversee logistics for meetings, events, and offsites, including client dinners and networking events. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and VIPs; delivering a polished, professional, and service-oriented experience. Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling, communication, and logistical challenges. Support networking and client engagement through event coordination and follow-up. Manage special projects, deadlines, and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Leverage AI tools and technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-suite or senior-level executive. Background in real estate or related industries is a plus, though not required. Strong presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to represent the executive in a highly polished, client-facing manner. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Tech- and AI-savvy, comfortable leveraging digital tools to improve productivity. Service-minded with a “white glove” mentality, anticipating needs before they arise. Highly adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 + 100% of medical benefits covered, 401k contribution, bonus
