About The Position We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in New York. This opportunity begins on Oct 13, 2025, and spans a 2-day assignment with 12-hour daytime shifts. The Physician Assistant will serve as the sole clinician, covering a range of urgent care cases and utilizing the Epic EMR system.

Location: New York Start Date: Oct 13, 2025 LOA: 2 days Provider Type Needed: Urgent Care Physician Assistant Schedule: Oct 13 and Oct 15, 8am-8pm
Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the sole provider in an urgent care setting Evaluate and manage a variety of urgent care cases as they present Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Deliver care in accordance with current clinical standards and protocols Document all patient encounters using Epic EMR Ensure the highest standards of care and patient safety
Additional Information Active NY license required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Candidates should have several years of urgent care experience, particularly in independent or sole provider roles
