The Role We’re looking for an
EHS Coordinator
to champion a culture of safety in our manufacturing and construction environments. This role is hands-on, visible on the floor, and critical in ensuring compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations. You’ll lead safety programs, conduct inspections, and work side by side with managers and employees to make sure everyone goes home safe every day.
What You’ll Do Develop and enforce
safety programs, procedures, and policies Conduct
daily/weekly safety inspections
and risk assessments Lead
training and toolbox talks
for employees and subcontractors Investigate
incidents, accidents, and near-misses
and recommend corrective actions Manage
PPE distribution and compliance Maintain records of inspections, training, and safety audits Support
emergency response planning
and drills Foster a proactive
safety-first culture
through engagement and communication
What You Bring 3+ years of EHS experience in
manufacturing or construction Strong working knowledge of
OSHA 1910 & 1926 , NFPA standards, and ISO 45001 Certifications:
OSHA 30
(required), OSHA 510/511, OHST/CHST, First Aid/CPR (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels Ability to identify risks, think critically, and implement solutions Physical ability to conduct facility inspections (standing, walking, climbing, lifting 50 lbs) Why EAS?
